II. INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON DATA SCIENCE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES (INFTEC 2025)

Opening of the II. International Congress on Data Science and Information Technologies Held

Organized under the auspices of our university and hosted by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the opening program of the "II. International Congress on Data Science and Information Technologies" was held with wide international participation.

The event commenced with opening remarks by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Rasim KOÇYİĞİT and Congress Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yalçın TAHTALI, who highlighted the significance of international academic collaborations. Researchers from 10 different countries participated in the congress, presenting a total of 128 papers (52 in-person and 76 online).

During the opening program, keynote speakers Dr. Viktor TIHANYI, Prof. Dr. Jozsef ROHACS, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Utku KALE delivered insightful presentations on the cooperative technology ecosystem, drone developments in the information era, and smart aviation training, respectively. Following the ceremony, the scientific sessions of the congress commenced.
